When do I need to have my driveway seal coated?
- If you recently had a new driveway installed you should wait a minimum of 9 months before sealcoating.
- If your driveway is showing signs of wear ( seeing cracks, loosing stone or no longer looks the way to desire it to look) .
Do I need to do anything before having my driveway seal coated?
- Yes, Please make sure any and all personal items are removed from the surface prior to our arrival.
- Keep your garage door closed
- Please keep pets inside and away from the driveway while we are seal coating.
- If you are planning on having your driveway seal coated in the near future. Please try to keep any contaminants such as, fertilizers and petroleum based products off of the surface.
How long should I stay off of my driveway after it has been seal coated?
- We recommend you stay off the surface with your vehicle for a minimum of 48 hours.
- Walking traffic is allowed after 24 hours of curing.

Will seal coating my driveway make my driveway slippery?
- With the use of our specialized aggregates we are able to provide traction on all grades and surfaces.
- We mix our sealer to your driveway's specific needs.
How many coats of sealer does my driveway need?
- The number of coats of sealer is determined by the age and overall integrity of the pavement surface.
